Aomori City/Mysterious Gudari Swamp in Hakkoda, Asamushi Onsen, a famous sunset spot

An impressive experience at Sunset Beach Asamushi, a famous sunset spot

Asamushi Onsen, facing Mutsu Bay, has a history of over 1,200 years and has been affectionately known as ''Atami of Tohoku'' and ''Okuzashiki of Aomori.'' It is easily accessible, taking about 30 minutes from Aomori Station on the Aomori Railway, and is popular because you can enjoy not only hot springs but also marine leisure activities such as swimming, sea fishing, kayaking, and SUP.

If you want to enjoy swimming in the sea, go to Sunset Beach Asamushi, which faces Asamushi Onsen's symbol Yunoshima. This artificial beach stretches over 1.6 hectares of artificial sand and 1.9 hectares of swimming area, and because it is located in a bay, the waves are calm, so even small children can play safely.

And what I would like you to experience is the beautiful sunset seen from the beach. As the sun approaches sunset, the sky begins to turn orange, and then disappears into the horizon. The fantastic scenery created by the ever-changing sunset and the silhouette of Yunoshima is truly breathtaking. There are also accommodations in Asamushi Onsen where you can see Mutsu Bay, so please stay there and enjoy your stay.
