The rules are that you must wear a Haneto costume, do not bring in any noise unrelated to Nebuta Hayashi, and follow the instructions of the management. Haneto costumes are sold at local department stores and can also be rented. It's a little difficult to put on a costume by yourself, but of course there are stores that offer kimono dressing services. After changing into your costume, go to the Haneto meeting place and join the waiting Nebuta group before the Nebuta festival begins. When you hear the sound of fireworks, it's the start of the Nebuta Festival.
