Summer is the season for delicious beer. ''Baeren Brewery'', located in Kitayama, Morioka City, near the center of Morioka City, is a craft beer brewery with roots in Morioka. Using vintage brewing equipment purchased in southern Germany, the home of beer, we hand-brewed beer using traditional European methods. Its taste is rich and has an exquisite balance of bitterness and aroma. The ''Classic'' that we have been making since our founding has a solid presence and goes well with any meal. Another standard product, Schwarz, is a German-style dark beer with a malt aroma and creamy taste.

The brewery allows factory tours by reservation only on Sundays. After observing the manufacturing process with the guidance of our staff, you can enjoy tastings and all-you-can-drink depending on the course.
