Sendai City/The City of Forests instantly turns into a City of Lights with an impressive illumination “2022 SENDAI Pageant of Lights”

A related event to enjoy in the suburbs of Sendai City: “SENDAI Pageant of Light in Izumi Park Town”
The "SENDAI Pageant of Light" is actually held in the suburbs of Sendai City. At the "SENDAI Pageant of Light in Izumi Park Town" to be held at Izumi Park Town in Izumi Ward, Sendai City from October 30th (Sunday) to February 28th (Tuesday), 2023, the trees along the main street where Sendai Royal Park Hotel, Izumi Park Town Tapio, and Sendai Izumi Premium Outlets are located will be decorated with approximately 100,000 illumination lights. In the garden of Sendai Royal Park Hotel, the lanterns create a romantic evening, so we recommend taking a stroll. Why not experience the atmosphere of a pageant of lights that is different from the one in central Sendai?
Access to the venue is approximately 10 minutes by car from Izumi IC on the Tohoku Expressway, and approximately 5 minutes by car from Izumi PA Smart IC. If you are using the train or bus, it is approximately 20 minutes by bus from Izumi Chuo Station on the Sendai Municipal Subway Namboku Line. Alternatively, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes by bus from Sendai Station.
It is rare for central Sendai to snow in December, but it can get cold at night, so please wear warm clothing. After enjoying the illuminations, why not warm yourself up with Sendai specialty "Seri Nabe"?
